1) Goods are not exchangeable, unless the items delivered are not as per the order details, such as different colour, size or design.
2) All items are new and are thoroughly inspected before delivered to the customers. Therefore, we apologize that no refund will be entertained, except for major defects due to our overlooked during the inspection process.
3) All our stocks are in good condition unless otherwise stated.
4) We are not responsible for any lost-in-transit or damage of goods during delivery.
5) All our prices are fixed and exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges will be borne by the customers. Kindly refer to the Postage Guide for the rate of delivery charges.
6) No refund will be made for any cancellation of order once payment is made.
7) We will try to restock the highly demanded items but need to depends on the availibility of stocks.
8) Full payment has to be made for pre-order items. It may takes 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered for pre-order items.
